Sublimated Ceramic Art Coasters – Functional Art You’ll Actually Use

If you’ve ever lifted your cup only to have a resin-coated coaster tag along halfway to your lips, only to crash back down and ding your side table, you know the frustration. Our Foothills Studio ceramic art coasters are different. We make them right here in-house on a regular basis—4.25 inches square, with a natural cork back to keep them from sliding or marring your table. The artwork? That’s our own original Foothills Studio designs, not mass-produced clip art.
Instead of resin, we use sublimation printing. That means the image is applied under high heat and pressure, fusing the vibrant design directly into the glossy ceramic surface. It becomes part of the coaster—no peeling, no bubbling, no sticky surprises. The result? A durable, high-gloss finish that’s as beautiful as it is practical.
