Vicki Moon Spiegel
Vicki is retired after 25 years as a graphic artist at the Columbus Zoo. Although she is now retired she still spends her time creating as a mixed media artist, exhibiting, teaching, volunteering, and selling her work through commissions, galleries, art museums and businesses around Ohio. , In her own words, “This is just a partial list of things I juggle. (Oh, yes I'm going to learn how to juggle after I make some beanbags.)”
“About My Work most of my artistic output is eccentric, unusual, strange, and visionary… I often feel like a giant funnel. The energy flows into my brain and out my hands with what seems like very little effort. Not that I do not have moments of struggle when coming up with an artistic solution to my problems. None the less, I love being an artist.”
